Missed appointments and late rescheduling

While I strive to accommodate your needs, I kindly request mutual respect for scheduled times. In cases of habitual late cancellations or no-shows, a fee equivalent to 25% of the total booked services will be applicable. This fee must be settled before any further services are provided. Additionally, a non-refundable deposit of 20% or a minimum of $15 (whichever is greater) is required upon all future booking. Should there be repeated rescheduling of the same appointment with-in 2 hours of appointment time (3 times), the same non-refundable deposit may apply. These policies are in place to safeguard the interests of my small business, and I sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
